Aimee Buckner
Aimee Buckner is currently a fourth grade teacher at Brookwood Elementary School in Gwinnette County, Georgia. She has spent the past twelve years teaching and learning alongside her students. As a co-founder of the Gwinnett County Summer Writing Institute for Teachers and Children, Aimee has worked with teachers from Kindergarden to Grade 12. She is on the editorial board of Language Arts and has been published in that journal and in Primary Voices. She serves as a consultant to other writers and teachers around the country.
