This series provides the reader with a comprehensive and authoritative source for research on the origins of sociology in the period 1880-1950 in North America and Great Britain. Each set contains an introduction, which locates the reference in its social and theoretical context. Future titles will include: The Collected Works of Karl Mannheim.
